- Realtors, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers.
- Acquisto Real Estate uses several referral agencies who use tracking software, which is embedded into our own website coding, to track visitors they have referred to our website. The information these external companies receive are as follows: The URL of the website from which you came to our website, the time and date the inquiry form was submitted, any reference numbers, the IP address of the individual submitting the inquiry form.
- Acquisto Real Estate does not pass your details on to any other organization other than those directly involved in the transaction to which includes, but is not limited to Realtors, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Closing Coordinators, Title Company Agents, Preferred Insurance Provider, Lenders, and Utility Concierge Services and all of their representatives.
- Data Access & Corrections: Upon receipt of your written request, we will disclose to you your Personal Data held by us, we shall correct or delete inaccurate details, and notify any third-party recipients of the necessary changes. We regularly delete data which is no longer required.
- Trans-Border Data Transfers: As the internet is made up of a large variety of international connections and if you are visiting this website from outside the United States the various communications will necessarily result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By visiting the Site and communicating electronically with us you consent to these transfers.
- Law & Dispute Resolution: This policy forms part of our Site’s Terms of Use and as such shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and any applicable federal statutes. Such arbitration shall be conducted in the city of Frisco, Texas. Any award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment or order and confirmed or enforced by either member or company in any court having competent jurisdiction thereof. The failure of either party to exercise any rights granted hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any of those rights. The arbitrators will not be empowered to award any consequential, indirect and/or punitive damages. This agreement to arbitrate will survive termination of this Privacy Policy and/or the herein referenced Terms of Use. If this Privacy Policy and/or the referenced Terms of Use are found not to be subject to arbitration, the parties hereto knowingly and willingly waive any right they have under applicable law to a trial by jury in any dispute arising out of or in any way related to related to this Agreement or the issues raised by any Disputes. In any action brought between the Parties, pursuant to this section, to enforce or construe the terms of this Privacy Policy and/or the referenced Terms of Use, the prevailing party shall be entitled, in addition to any rights and remedies it may have, to recover all legal costs incurred, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees.
